45 min consultation and in this time I will give you and overview of what training will look like.
Guidance and help with Nutrition so you can learn how to make the best choices to get the best goals.
Every session would be focus on your personal goals and the development of new skills.
I will teach you how to move properly, develop good technique so you can create good habits during training inside and outside the gym.
The days that we don’t train you have Group training classes as part of your bundle. For every PT session we do per week thats how many Group Classes yo can attend.
If you can’t come to class or are away you will have access to your workouts though my app so you can maintain consistency .
